WeightCalc is designed to minimize data collection. Here's what we do and don't collect:

• Calculator input values, weights, or results
• Personal identification information (name, email, phone)
• Financial, academic, or professional data

Information We May Collect

• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage statistics (page views, browser type, country) via third-party analytics services to help us improve the Service
• Server Logs: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and referring pages, retained for security and performance monitoring

How Your Data Is Processed

All weighted average calculations are performed entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. No calculation data is transmitted to our servers. When you close your browser tab or clear your browser data, all calculation information is permanently removed.

Cookies & Local Storage

WeightCalc may use:

• Essential Cookies: To remember your language preference and theme settings
• Analytics Cookies: Third-party analytics services may set cookies to collect anonymous usage data
• Local Storage: Your browser's local storage may be used to save calculator preferences for a better user experience

WeightCalc is a general-purpose educational tool suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our calculator requires no account creation and collects no personal data, children can safely use the Service.
